Invensys is a multinational company that manufactures a variety of engineering products under the titles Avantis, Wonderware and SimSci. Invensys SimSci-Esscor brand with the new name Schneider Electric SimSci, which is produced in collaboration with Schneider Electric, is a collection of software for designing and simulating fluid flow, performing calculations, analysis, optimization and production planning in chemical units. This collection consists of three parts: SimSci Design; Includes design and simulation programs, SimSci Operate section; Has simulation tools for better training and understanding, SimSci Optimize section; Includes process optimization programs and the SimSci Spiral section, including project management software and production cost estimation. One of the most important software in this series is SimSci PRO / II.
For the design and simulation section, several different software are presented, which we introduce and present its five main and most widely used programs;

Update 2: In March 2018, the AVEVA Group announced its merger with the Schneider Electric Industries, and the company’s software products will be developed under the AVEVA software suite.

Invensys SimSci-Esscor PRO / II or Schneider Electric SimSci PRO / II: Powerful software for designing and simulating chemical processes and performing advanced process analysis in oil, gas and chemicals
Invensys SimSci-Esscor INPLANT: Fluid flow simulator program with the ability to design, rank and analyze piping systems
Invensys SimSci-Esscor HEXTRAN: Advanced Heat Transfer Simulation Software; Suitable for designing all types of single and network heat exchangers and analyzing their performance
Invensys SimSci-Esscor PIPEPHASE: Powerful program for accurate simulation and modeling of pipeline systems as well as analysis and calculation of flows and parameters related to pipelines
Invensys SimSci-Esscor DYNSIM or Schneider Electric SimSci DYNSIM: A comprehensive OTC (Operator Training Simulator) software for dynamic simulation of processes with analysis and control to improve efficiency and productivity
The installation methods of PRO / II 10, 10.2 and DYNSIM 5.3.2 are given in the Readme file, which is completely the same as the previous versions.
SimSci PRO / II software:
Start installing the software and while installing, select the FlexNet 11.8 option and continue and complete the installation. Copy and replace the FlxNet11.dll file in the default paths:
C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ SIMSCISI \ MSCICFI50 \ VC090x32 \ bin
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ SIMSCI \ SIMSCICFI50 \ VC090x32 \ bin
Copy and replace the License.dat file in the default paths below:
C: \ Program Files \ SIMSCI \ PROII94 \ Bin
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ SIMSCI \ PROII94 \ Bin
Run the Edit the system environment variables file and click on Environment Variables. In the System variable section, click New and enter and save the following values:
Variable name: IPASSI_LICENSE_FILE
Variable value: C: \ Program Files \ SIMSCI \ PROII94 \ Bin \ license.dat
And for 64-bit Windows:
Variable value: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ SIMSCIP \ ROII94 \ Bin \ license.dat
Run the Setup_DownLoadLy.iR.exe file to start installing the software and during the installation, select the default FELEXlm 9.5 option and enter the following phrase in the License Server section; Enter your computer name instead of DOWNLOADLY-IR.

Complete the installation and then copy the contents of the Crack folder to the root of the installation location by default C: SIMSCI ;
Run the lmtools.exe file and go to the Config Services tab and enter the addresses of the three required files as follows:
Service Name = SimSci_DownLoadLy.iR
Path to the lmgrd = C: \ SIMSCI \ lmgrd.exe
Path to the license = C: \ SIMSCI \ License_DownLoadLy.iR.dat
Path to the log = C: \ SIMSCI \ Log_DownLoadLy.iR.log
Activate the Use Services option and then Start Server at Power Up and click Save Service. Finally, go to the Start / Stop / Reread tab and click on Start Server; Alternatively, you can run the Start_DownLoadLy.iR.cmd file before each run of the software, and then run the software.
