20 best herbal remedies for the common cold

Unfortunately, as the cold seasons approach, the likelihood of colds among people increases.

Don’t let situations like this bother you. Instead of searching  for chemical drugs  and treating yourself with such cases, you can use the herbs described in this article. These herbs can soothe a sore throat and make you feel relief.

This plant acts as an expectorant. You can use this plant to make cough syrup. This plant has soothing properties and can treat sore throats and coughs. Pour a teaspoon of licorice root into a cup of water and let it boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Then rinse it off. You can drink 2 to 3 cups a day for 7 days.

Important note:  Do not use this plant if you are pregnant or suffer from heart disease, liver disease, or high blood pressure.
