The web interface will be developed using ReactJS, a popular JavaScript framework for front-end development. First, we start by developing a component that tells us if the bot we want to communicate with is connected or not. Then you’ll develop another component in ReactJS to remotely trigger the bot via a web-based joystick.
You also run a button to stop the robot in an emergency. In addition, the web interface displays live information about the robot, such as its position, orientation, and linear and angular velocity. The last part of this project deals with map-based navigation. You can display the navigation map in the web browser and send the target location for the robot to move. In the end, you will create a comprehensive web interface that allows you to easily communicate with your bot through a web interface using the most popular JavaScript framework. Cloud robotics is an emerging topic in the last few years, which aims to integrate mobile robots with cloud computing systems and the Internet of Things through web service interfaces. In addition, I have developed this course because there is a lack of comprehensive training on how web browsers interact with robots.
