Description
MeScope, ODS analysis software is a product of Vibrant Technology. ODS, which keyword Operating dEflection SHape is a term used to analyze the vibration pattern caused by the operation of a machine or structure on itself. Using technology similar to that used in robotic vision and self-driving vehicles to detect moving objects, MEscope is able to accurately measure surface vibrations from a high-speed recorded video. Actually using wave form Time waveforms or the frequency spectrum that MEscope extracts from the image file can fully document the vibration.
Using the various tools available in this software, you can process these time waveforms or frequency spectrums and use them to create colored ODS animations to show the intensity of vibration at different points. It is also possible to save this information along with the video file and ODS in an archival database. This program is compatible with any high-speed camera that can save video files in MP4 format (even mobile phones). Of course, it should be kept in mind that the FPS (frames per second) of the desired camera should be at least 2 times the frequency that you intend to get from the video file analysis.
