One user’s explanation about the problem of this app not working (and in similar cases where the file is damaged… error is given);
The problem is actually with Mac’s Gatekeeper. Gatekeeper can be disabled with the following command in the Mac terminal:sudo spctl --master-disable
by orderspctl --master-status
You can be sure of the status of the gatekeeper.
It can also be reactivated with the following commandspctl --master-enable
In this case, I reactivated gatekeeper a few minutes after disabling it, and the texpad problem was fixed and it works well.
