Description
The design of complex printed circuit boards today requires comprehensive approval and review before being transferred to the board in order to ensure the successful and timely production of the boards. Problems encountered during the manufacture of printed circuit boards can severely affect the product manufacturing schedule, which causes wasted capital to redesign the product. Also, in the redesign, there is a need to make changes that may harm the integrity and purpose of the product.
Inspecting, preparing and validating the design of printed circuit boards before production and release of the product leads to a significant increase in productivity, less risk for re-designing the circuit, and most importantly, the successful presentation of electrical products at a cheaper price and faster.
CAM350 software provides a complete set of tools to easily transfer engineering data to printed circuit boards from circuit design to manufacturing.
CAM350 software also has the ability to check the scientific rules in the design done to make sure that the Gerber layers are in harmony with the design rules of the CAD system and your ability to make the product well. The “Design for Fabrication (DFF)” feature of the CAM350 software, with detailed analysis, discusses the limitations and manufacturing rules in the field of PCB design and presents them in a way that is understandable for board designers.
CAM350 software allows the user to use the program more usefully by supporting a wide range of different types of formats. Some formats supported by CAM350 are as follows.
Input and output formats supported by CAM350 software:
Gerber Formats, Barco DPF, Fire 9000, Gerber 274D, Gerber 274X, Drawing Formats, DXF, HPGL, HPGL/2. Legacy Formats, ECAM DSN, IPC-D-350, Netlist, IPC-D-356, IPC-D- 356a, CAD Databases, Accel EDA, Allegro (ODB++), BoardStation, GenCAD, P-CAD 2004, PowerPCB, TangoPRO Visula CADIF, ODB++, IPC-2581
Features and features of CAM350 software:
– Directly import design data to realistically display what you’ve designed
– Analyzing, identifying and fixing manufacturing defects that may cause delays in the production process
– Inspection of engraving, soldering, thermal defects and observing distances in the circuit
– Determining and maintaining the overall integrity and purpose of the design
– Identifying and predicting the possibility of collision, disconnection or the occurrence of improbable conditions in circuit parts
– Optimization and performance testing of devices
– Ease of learning, using and doing things
