First, delete the old version of the program from your phone.

By visiting any of the bank’s branches, you can get your username and password to use the Bank D mobile application.

Installation guide on iPhone and iPad:

1- Select the option to install directly in front of Apple (iOS) so that the installation window appears.
2- Select the Install option to install the mobile bank application on the device. The icon with Bank D will be displayed among other icons after installation.
3- Make the following setting before using the mobile application of the bank. Otherwise, you will encounter an error message when entering the program (this app is from an unknown developer).
• If your device has iOS 9.1 and lower versions, use this path.
Setting > General > Profile > Innovation and Development Sdn Bhd
• If your device has iOS 9.2 and higher versions, use this path.
Setting > General > Device Management > Innovation and Development Sdn Bhd
4- Select Trust “Innovation and Development Sdn Bhd” option.
5- Select Trust in the opened window.
6- Bank D mobile application is ready to use.
