Description
The Hard Parts of Servers & Node.js is the name of a training course from the Frontend Masters website that introduces you to the professional topics of Node.js and servers. Node.js is a free and open source server environment that runs JavaScript code outside of the web browser. Node.js uses an event-driven I/O model and can be run on various platforms such as Windows, Mac, Linux, and Unix.
In this course, we intend to go to the professional topics of Node.js and examine the application techniques of this environment in two separate ways. In the first method, we try to learn how to develop servers through proof of movement (HTTP, TCP/IP, Ports, Loopback, SSH). In the second method, we also try to use JavaScript features that make up the core of Node (event loop, stream, buffer, asymmetric, prototype) to check. By using and combining these two methods, we can have better programming in Node, JavaScript and servers.
