nCode DesignLife is a powerful product and plugin for ANSYS that you can use to determine the stress and fatigue life of a product. This software uses the results of finite element analysis in ANSYS or other similar software to calculate the amount of stresses and strains, then masses the product fatigue from the time of exposure to multiple loads to the amount of durability and Specify the life of the product. nCode DesignLife enables you to have frequent and reliable predictions of product life pressure and fatigue. You can evaluate the use of different materials and alternating geometries for new designs and then optimize them to achieve the expected performance before producing the product prototype.
