Although most people use white vinegar in their work,  apple cider vinegar has more uses and can be more beneficial. The general benefits of this type of vinegar include improving hiccups, easing cold symptoms, and more. Most people use it to treat conditions like diabetes, heart problems, cancer, high cholesterol, and weight-related problems.

Some people believe that it contains pectin and can help relieve stomach cramps. Try mixing 1 or 2 tablespoons of it with water and eat it.

Cover the head with a clean towel and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then wash it off. Repeat this twice a week.

Apple cider vinegar can be a natural cream to treat acne and create healthy skin. Its anti-bacterial properties help control acne. The lactic acid and malic acid inside it can make the skin smoother and peeling.
