Preparation method:
To bake the cake, place the clementine in a small bowl and cover with water. Then let the water boil inside. Turn down the heat and cook for an hour. Then drain and let cool.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 20 cm dish with butter. Cut the cooked clementine and put it in the food processor to mix well.
Combine raisins, berries, cherries in a bowl. Add clementine to the mixture. Then combine the sugar and butter. Add the beaten egg. In another bowl, combine the spices, peanuts, polenta and baking powder. Now add this mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Then add fruits and clementine to the dish.
Pour the ingredients into a bowl and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
To make the cake, cut the clementine 5 mm thick. Pour the sugar into a frying pan and then add 140 ml of water and stir on low heat to dissolve the sugar. Place the clementine pieces in the pan and stir. Cook this mixture for an hour and then remove from the heat to cool.
To serve, you can pour powdered sugar or clementine on the cake.
