The most beautiful design between these two models belongs to Oppo Find X3. With the beautiful curvature of the screen and even the back module of the camera, it is difficult to find a sharp edge in this phone. But on the other hand, the Xiaomi Mi 11 also has a version with a leather back cover, which is especially appealing to many users. Unlike the Xiaomi phone, the new Oppo flagship is equipped with IP68 certification, thanks to which it can resist water penetration. The phone is also more compact due to the smaller screen.
The difference between the screens of the two phones is not significant, but overall, the Oppo has a better display compared to the Oppo Find X3 and the Xiaomi Mi 11. It is a true 10-bit panel with LTPO technology (adaptive refresh rate from 5 to 120 Hz) that controls power consumption, is HDR10 + certified and BT 2020 standard, and offers Quad HD + resolution. The edges of the display are beautifully curved, measuring 6.7 inches and has a fingerprint sensor inside the screen. On the other hand, the Xiaomi Mi 11 is equipped with a 6.81-inch display, which, although lower in image quality, is instead protected by a stronger Gorilla Glass Victos case.
Hardware and software
If more powerful hardware is your priority, you should choose the Xiaomi phone. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset, which is the company’s latest flagship chip. But at the heart of the Oppo Find X3 is the Snapdragon 870 chipset, which is an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 865 Plus.
The Snapdragon 888 chipset supports a maximum of 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of memory. The Xiaomi phone also offers Android 11 with the MIUI 12 user interface, while the Oppo phone has ColorOS 11.2.
On paper, the Oppo Find X3 has a better camera than the Xiaomi phone. The phone is equipped with two 50-megapixel sensors Sony IMX766, one of which is the main sensor and the other as an ultra-wide sensor with autofocus. To these must be added a 13-megapixel telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom and a 3-megapixel macro camera. This camera allows 60x zoom.
On the other hand, Xiaomi does not have a telephoto lens, unlike its rival. The phone is equipped with a 108-megapixel main sensor with 8K video recording capability and an optical image stabilization, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 5-megapixel macro sensor.
The Xiaomi phone is equipped with a relatively large 4600 mAh battery. But a larger battery does not necessarily mean longer battery life. On the other hand, the Oppo phone offers faster wired charging. Instead, wireless charging is faster on the Xiaomi phone. Both phones also offer reverse wireless charging.
The base version of the Xiaomi Mi 11 is priced at around $ 720, just like the Oppo Find X3. Given the features and specifications of these two phones, Oppo Find X3 is a better option. Although powered by a weaker chipset, it has a waterproof body, as well as better cameras and displays. And the Snapdragon 870 is enough to handle all the tasks you need.
