Description
Systems Tool Kit software, which was originally created in 1989 under the name Satellite Tool Kit; A software package was the product of AGI Analytical Graphics, Inc., which was recently purchased by Ansys and is known as STK. This software gives engineers the ability to analyze land, sea, air, air space, etc. at the same time. The primary and main use of the software is to analyze and solve problems related to the rotation of the satellite around the earth. Currently, this software is used in aerospace and military industries.
This software is used in 800 organizations such as NASA, ESA, CNES, DLR, Boeing, JAXA, ISRO, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, EADS, DOD, and Civil Air Patrol. Applications of this software:
Space situational awareness
Space missions
Aircraft missions (including UAVs commonly known as drones)

This software, like the MATLAB software, has the ability to create plugins. This software package can be used using C, C++, C#, Perl, Visual Basic, VBScript, Java, JavaScript and MATLAB programming languages.

Maximizing performance
There are many mission-related factors that impact STK’s processing performance for a given scenario, including the following major factors:

- The complexity of your analysis calculations

- Your choice of graphics resolution level
Virtual environments
You can run STK with accelerated graphics in a virtual environment when it is configured on a computer that meets additional hardware and software requirements.
