This software is incompatible with newer versions of Windows 10 and it is not possible to install it directly; Therefore, before installation, right-click on the VisSetup.exe file and select Properties. Then, from the Compatibility tab, check the Run this program in compatibility mode for option and select Windows 7 from the activated menu. Then click on ok and install the software.
Attention: If you installed the software normally and there is a problem in its implementation, in addition to deleting the software itself, you must also delete Sentinel Runtime. For this purpose, run cmd and go to the folder where you downloaded the software with the cd command (for example, if the software is downloaded and extracted in the C:CSI Italia VIS Concrete Design 12.1.0 folder, the cd command C: Enter CSI Italia VIS Concrete Design 12.1.0 and enter). Then type haspdinst.exe -r to remove Sentinel Runtime. Then reinstall the software in the above way.
Note: The software cannot be used in virtual systems.
Version 12.1 was installed on Windows 10 64-bit edition on December 6, 1400 and was successfully executed and activated.
