Description
ODAC is a library of components that can connect to the database oracle provides Delphi, C++ Builder, Lazarus and Free Pascal on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Linux and FreeBSD platforms in both 32 and 64 bit platforms. This library is provided with the aim of increasing the speed of developers to access Oracle databases. ODAC stands for Oracle Data Access Components and is a complete and optimal solution with extensive capabilities for connecting to Oracle. This product is a worthy replacement for BDE or Borland Database Engin databases and dbExpress standard drivers.

ODAC supports Oracle servers: 12c, 11g, 10g, 9i, 8i, 8.0, and 7.3, including Oracle Express Edition 11g and 10g. ODAC supports both x86 and x64 versions of the following Oracle Clients: 12c, 11g, 10g, 9i, 8i, 8.0, and 7.3. Note that support for x64 versions of Oracle Clients is available in Delphi and C++Builder for 64-bit Windows.
