Folder Marker Pro – application software designed for office work. This Windows software lets you mark important folders with color-coded or image-coded icons to make them easier to spot among hundreds of similar yellow folders. You can change folder icons to organize them by priority (high, normal, low), project completeness level (done, half-finished, planned), task status (approved, rejected, pending), and type Categorize stored information (work, important, temporary and private files). Flagged folders draw attention and let you see what kind of information they contain before you read their name or open them.
The idea behind the software is to bring real-world experience directly into the Windows environment. In the physical world, we often keep documents in different colored folders. This adds organization to the office routine and improves our productivity as we can quickly find the document we need. Now you can achieve the same level of organization with your electronic documents. For example, you can use a red icon to mark a folder with a project you’re currently working on, or a green icon to mark a folder with a project you’ve already done.
