2023 version: In the lmtools software, in the config servers tab, select the lmgrd file in the bin folder in the Path to the lmgrd.exe section (C:Program FilesKeysightEEsof_License_Toolsbinlmgrd.exe). In the Path to the license file section, select the keysight.lic file (C:Program FilesKeysightEEsof_License_Toolsbinkeysight.lic). After running, if the software asks for a license, as mentioned in the Readme, select network license and enter the mentioned information. In the next window (select product license), select the first option and all available licenses will be activated.
