Nexus Copy Number is a powerful and user-friendly app from BioDiscovery It equips researchers with advanced genome analysis and information visualization tools. This program provides the ultimate in a statistical tool for advanced scientific discoveries in a user-friendly manner. This program uses aCGH, SNP array, and NGS data to check DNA variations and also allows the user to detect parts of DNA that are missing or duplicated or changes in allelic events.
This software is a multifaceted desktop program for discovering genomic mutations. This program accepts data from different manufacturers such as Infinium GSA and CytoScan XON.
