– The prerequisite for using the software is to receive the customer’s number from the branch. The method of obtaining a customer number is the same for new (opening) customers and old customers.
– It is necessary to complete the “Request for Out-of-Office System Services” form available in the branch for all customers, including previous subscribers with the bank and new applicants, for each of their accounts for which they wish to activate the system with the bank.
– For all the accounts requested by the customer, a confirmation code is sent to the mobile number introduced by the customer to perform financial transactions. The confirmation code used to perform financial transactions, including money transfer, bill payment, etc., is assigned to the customer in the mobile portal of the customer-oriented version of the bank, and therefore it is the same for all his accounts in this portal. Obviously, this password is different from the previous confirmation password (the second fixed password associated with the account and card) in other portals (internet bank and phone bank).
– Customers who have received the customer number of Sepeh Bank and have taken action and password to activate their bank mobile from the branch portal, can download the Sepeh Bank mobile application through the branch or refer to the Sepeh Internet Banking website and put it on the device. Install it yourself.
– After installing the software on the device and entering the system, the communication key exchange page is opened and after selecting the communication platform, the customer must confirm the “key exchange” option. With this confirmation, the mobile bank software will be activated and usable.
