Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills is a training course on effective and successful negotiation skills and strategies published by Coursera Online University. A successful negotiation consists of four different stages:
- Preparation: At this stage, we gather information in a completely systematic and professional manner and prepare ourselves for negotiations with other parties. Determining the strategy is the most important element in this step.
- negotiation: At this stage, we have to implement the specified tactics and strategies so that we can get the best possible result. Accuracy in implementing these tactics is very important.
- Contract: This stage is actually the final part of the negotiation and brings us to a clear and precise contract. It is very important to carefully study the contract and match it with our goals and assumptions.
- Performance review and overall evaluation of the effectiveness of strategies and tactics
