Data Science: Machine Learning and Deep Learning with Python This course initially focuses on the basics of data science, machine learning and deep learning, and with time, the content and lectures become more advanced and practical. But first of all, an introduction to Python is discussed. Python is one of the fastest growing programming languages, and if we look specifically from the perspective of data science, machine learning, and deep learning, there is no other option than Python as a programming language. First of all, there is a crash course on Python for those who are not very good with Python and then there is an exercise for Python which is supposed to be solved by you, but if you feel any problem in solving the exercise, here is the solution. is also provided. Then we moved to data science and we start from data analysis using Scrapy and then data visualization using several Python libraries and finally we learn different data preprocessing techniques. And at the end, there is a whole project that we will do together. After that, we will learn some classic machine learning algorithms and some advanced algorithms. Some of them will be implemented from scratch and others will be implemented using internal Python libraries. At the end of each algorithm, there will be a small project. Finally, deep learning, the basic structure of an artificial neural network and its implementation in TensorFlow will be discussed, followed by a complete project based on deep learning. And finally, some meta-parameter tuning techniques that improve model performance will be discussed.
About the instructor: Below we will introduce the instructor of this course, Sajjad Mustafa. He is an expert in web programming, data science and machine learning. He has been working on various subjects for nearly 3 years, including the mentioned ones, and has been teaching in these projects for more than a year. He has mastered understanding the requirements and creating a path to the most unique and appropriate solutions for the given task. He is well acquainted with Python, Ruby, JavaScript and has deep knowledge. Django, ReactJS, React Native, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, C, C++, SQL (MySQL, mySQLite) are also my interests.
