Description
The course Discovering Godot: Make Video Games in Python-like GDScript teaches how to make video games using the Godot engine and the GDScript programming language. This game engine, which is provided for free, unlike other engines, has a simple and versatile environment and is very suitable for new users. Godot engine uses a light and simple programming language called GDScript, which is similar to Python. If you are a new user or you already have experience in making games, this game engine will help you to quickly learn how to work with it and start making various games.
The instructor of this course starts with simple 2D games and helps you focus on learning coding. Three games are made during this period, in the style of guessing the word, Platform game, and hide and seek game. Various challenges and exercises have been used in the topics of this course to make your learning more complete. At the end of this course, you will learn the GDScript programming language and work with the Godot game engine, and you will be able to create your own games.
