Make an Open Source Drone: More Fun is a training course that helps you learn the basics of building open source drones and use its various features. In our first drone training course “Building an Open Source Drone”, you learned how to build a quadcopter based on open source software and with the required hardware. You now have a modern programmable aircraft and a good understanding of the basics of flying drones and the skills needed to enjoy drone piloting. In this course, you will take your knowledge and skills to a higher level. You’ll go through the basics and discover some of the most exciting features and capabilities of your drone.

- Set up radio telemetry between your computer and the drone so you can track and control your drone in real time from your computer.
- Configure Fail-Safes to prevent avoidable damage and injury to your drone.

- Setting up and configuring flight modes
