In this lesson, you will learn how to make a hyper-casual shooting mobile game from scratch. We will go all the way from starting the project to creating the main loop of the game. First we grab a freeform character from Sketchfab, a popular 3D model library. This model doesn’t do anything by itself, we need to animate it. I have a great solution for you, a free platform for animations called Mixo. After this step, you can add animations to each of your anthropomorphic characters.
After animating our character, we use Unity’s spline system to make the player follow a certain path, perform a Frontflip, Backflip or whatever animation we want and shoot enemies. I call this stage the Warzone. We add cool Slow Motion effect when entering Warzone. In the following, you will learn about 2 applications of Time Scales Unity. If any enemy is touched by a bullet (including the player), it will turn into a ragdoll. Exactly, we will add jelly bones to our characters to make the game more enjoyable. You will learn how to use Unity’s animation targeting system to have the player target enemies and the enemies to target the player. You will learn a lot in this lesson and there is even more to come
