Description
VclSkin is a component for creating user interface skins for Delphi and C++Builder programs. This component is very easy to use, place the component in the main form and Vclskin will import the skin code without changing it. Also, the mentioned component supports third-party controls. Unlike other skin components that require you to modify the source program to build a skin, VclSkin can build standard Delphi skin controls.
