GIGABYTE launches R9 380X graphics card with WINDFORCE 2X cooling

With the introduction of the Radeon R9 380X GPU by AMD, many custom graphics card makers have come up with their own proprietary models. In the latest of these, GIGABYTE has also introduced the Radeon R9 380X from the popular G1 GAMING series. This card is equipped with the familiar WINDFORCE 2X cooling solution and ensures that its various components stay cool without producing annoying noise.

Radeon R9 380X is based on a chip with Antigua code, which, unlike R9 380, is not reduced and takes full advantage of the chip. This GPU has 2,048 stream processors (shading units), 128 TMUs (texture addressing) and 32 ROP units. The R9 380X has 4 GB of GDDR5 video memory with a 256-bit memory interface and an effective frequency of 5.70 GHz, which provides a memory bandwidth of 182 GB / s.

Using proprietary GIGABYTE OC GURU II software, gamers will be able to adjust frequencies, voltages, fans, and increase the GPU power limit to achieve greater performance and higher overclocking potential. All this is done through a very simple user interface.
The use of quality components in the construction of graphics cards is a key factor in achieving longevity, stability and reliability. Thanks to the use of ferrite core frames, low RDS MOSFETs and low series equivalent capacitors, GIGABYTE graphics cards provide the ideal balance between heat generation and cooling, quality components with high energy efficiency in order to achieve Provide superior performance.
