Gibson Assembly®: Many researchers are converting Gibson assembly to plasmids without the use of restricted enzymes. DNA segments are joined together by PCR to interfere.
PCR & Mutagenesis: After primer design, they can be used for conventional PCR simulations, PCR extensions, or mutagenesis. The resulting DNA sequence files are immediately available for further manipulation.
Automated Documentation: Automatically record steps in a simulation project. Each time you edit or simulate a sequence, this method is automatically recorded in the graphical history. After simulating the structure of DNA, you can use history as an experimental protocol.
Agarose Gel Electrophoresis: Using an advanced algorithm to create realistic agarose simulations. Limited components are displayed in three formats: simulated gel, numeric list and sequence map. You can use this simulated gel to program diagnostic constraints or compare an image with a prediction pattern.
After installation, copy the ActivationCrack.exe file to the installation location of the program and run it as Run as administrator and crack and register it with the desired name.
