How to make eggless pancakes

Just because you follow a certain diet does not mean that you can not enjoy delicious pancakes. Prepare these pancakes and enjoy eating them to the fullest.

125 grams of gluten-free flour
Egg substitute equivalent to one whole egg (two and a half servings of potato starch, one and a half servings of tapioca starch, two-thirds cups of baking powder, one-third cup of baking soda)
250 ml of hemp milk
Sunflower oil for frying
Agave or Portuguese syrup to serve
Preparation method:
Pour the flour into a bowl and then make a hole in the center. Pour the egg substitute with a quarter of milk into it and mix well. Then pour the rest of the milk. Let stand 20 minutes.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and pour a little oil into it. When warm, pour the mixture into the pan and fry well. Then serve with agave or orange syrup.
