How to make Portuguese tart and chocolate

 This delicious tart is made from coconut oil, cocoa, honey, orange and fresh dates, and of course the good news is that it is also gluten free .

ingredients:

For inside the tart:

  • 75 grams of dates
  • Orange juice
  • 50 grams of coconut oil
  • 175 grams of honey
  • 140 grams of cocoa powder

For the tart:

  • 100 grams of coconut oil
  • 140 grams of peanuts
  • 175 grams of coconut
  • Two 1/2 tablespoons fresh honey
  • A tablespoon of cocoa powder

Preparation method:

  1. Pour the dates into a bowl and cover it with boiling water and let it stand for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, pour the ingredients for the tart into the food processor and mix thoroughly. Now pour the ingredients into the tart dish. Let stand in the refrigerator.
  2. Now add the dates with orange juice, coconut oil, honey and cocoa to the blender. Stir well. Then take the ingredients you prepared in the previous step out of the refrigerator and pour the prepared ingredients on it. Refrigerate for another hour. Garnish with extra cocoa and orange peel before serving.
