update released for Galaxy M51

Samsung has started releasing its new update. Now the One UI 3.1 update for the Galaxy M51 has been released as the first phone in the M series.

The Galaxy M51 has long been known as the most expensive smartphone in the Galaxy M series, until a few days ago, the Galaxy M62 was unveiled. The M51 was launched with Android 10 based on One UI 2.1, and now, months after its introduction, Samsung has released the One UI 3.1 update for the Galaxy M51.One UI 3.1 update for Galaxy M51

Unlike most of Samsung’s low-cost handsets, the Galaxy M51 did not receive the previous update . In addition, the Korean company decided not to release the One UI 3.0 update based on Android 11 for this phone and to release the UI 3.1 update directly for the Galaxy M51. In other words, the Galaxy M51 is the first Galaxy M series smartphone to receive the One UI 3.1 update based on Android 11.

According to SamMobile , this update is currently released in Russia under version number M515FXXU2CUB7. In this update, in addition to the new features of Android 11, the Android 2021 security patch will also be available to users. This update is in batches and it takes a few days for users in each country to publish it. More areas are expected to receive the update in the coming days.

If you own this phone, you can go to Settings> Software update> Download and install to check to check the status of the update.
