Paleolithic or Paleo pizza recipe

This great pizza consists of only 5 simple ingredients. This type of pizza usually consists of pale white coconut flour (associated with the paleo diet or Paleolithic) and tapioca starch and will be ready in minutes. On this pizza you can use fresh vegetables and rich meat such as ham.

For two people:

Ingredients for pizza dough:
One serving of tapioca starch
A quarter cup of coconut flour
Two eggs
A pint of water
A little salt
Ingredients for pizza:
Favorite sauce
The ham
Fresh tomatoes
Hot Jalapeno Pepper
Spinach or watercress
an onion
Pepper
Fresh basil
Preparation method:
Mix all the ingredients needed for the pizza dough to form a soft substance.
Preheat your grill.
Heat a large iron skillet. Pour a little olive oil in it. Pour half of your dough into the pan and let it cook. Turn it over so that the other side cooks as well. Now transfer this cooked dough to the plate and repeat with the rest of the dough. Put the ingredients on the pizza on it.
Carefully place the pizza on the grill and let it fry for 6 to 7 minutes.
