cant connect to Internet in Windows 10
The first thing you need to do when you have an internet connection problem; There is a report from the wireless network, because the main cause of many problems starts from here. To do this, go to the search box in the taskbar and type Command prompt, then right-click on Command prompt and select Run as administrator, then type netswlan show wlanreport on the command line. Doing so will create an html file that you can open in your browser. Also make sure that the connection problem is not related to your modem or internet service provider. If none of these factors are related to the connection problem, follow the steps below.
In the search box on the toolbar, type Command prompt again. Then right-click on it and select Run as administrator. Type ipconfig on the command line. Find the IP address next to the Default gateway and write it down. Type ping in the command line and press Enter. You should see a result similar to the following output:
Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes = 32 time = 5ms TTL = 64
Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes = 32 time = 5ms TTL = 64
Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes = 32 time = 5ms TTL = 64
Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes = 32 time = 5ms TTL = 64
If you see the above result but still can not connect to the Internet, the problem is probably with your modem or Internet service provider.
