The problem is actually the Gatekeeper Mac. With the following command in the terminal MAC can disable Gatekeeper that
sudo spctl --master-disable
can be the gatekeeper status.
The following command can also be reactivated.
In this case, I reactivated a few minutes after disabling the gatekeeper and the texpad problem is fixed and works fine.
