“ Weight loss will not happen just because you drink water regularly and on a daily basis,” Devin Alexander , celebrated chef and nutritionist, told Health Line. If you drink enough water but your meals are full of high-fat and calorie ingredients such as fried chicken, fatty cheese, pizza, or various junk foods, you will never lose weight and will be fatter day after day.

Alexander said: “Drinking enough water is the key to success in  fitness and  weight loss, because many people easily confuse thirst with hunger, and sometimes when the body just needs to drink a sip of water by eating whole foods.” Calories harm the body. For example, when I’m not drinking enough water, I always want to have something.

“Water can be a great alternative to other drinks that can add unnecessary amounts of sugar and sodium to your diet,” says Dr. Sunbal . So it is better to drink water instead of using other high-energy and calorie drinks that can bring a lot of unnecessary substances into your body, and in this way you will have a fit body and help to strengthen the organisms in the body.

“Anyone who hates drinking water all the time can choose a calorie- free alternative  , such as decaffeinated iced green tea or fruit tea,” says Dr. Alexander  .

If your choice is a type of tea, it is best to choose decaffeinated herbal tea and then try to sweeten it lightly with some kind of herbal sweetener that is free of calories so that you can consistently supply the correct fluids without calories. Stretch your body and at the same time make sure not to gain weight.

Of course, you should know that nothing can replace water, and it is best to consume water with these fluids.
