OnePlus 9 series camera
Sony’s 50-megapixel IMX766 Ultraviolet sensor will be the OnePlus 9 series camera. Today, the CEO of the company released the images recorded by this camera.
The next generation of OnePlus phones is scheduled to be unveiled on March 23 (April 3). OnePlus recently confirmed that the main sensor of the OnePlus 9 series camera will be Sony IMX789 lens. The company has now announced that the series ultraviolet sensor will also be made by Sony and the IMX766 lens.
The resolution of this ultraviolet camera is 50 megapixels of freeform type and reduces complexity and curvature from 20% to about 1%. OnePlus CEO Pete Lau shared two photos on Twitter, one with a standard camera and curved, and the other with an IMX766 sensor, with the least distortion.
Pete Lao posted the photos above and tweeted :
Ultraviolet photography literally expands your horizons, so the right images must be captured. The first image was taken by a standard ultraviolet sensor, and the second image, which is a different, non-aberration image, was captured by the OnePlus 9 series camera.
The OnePlus 9 series will reportedly include three smartphones; Normal models of OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9E . It has not been confirmed which of these three phones will use the 50-megapixel IMX766 ultraviolet sensor, but since the Pro model is the best product in the series, we will probably see the use of this sensor in it.
