  • Hold down the Win + R keys to open the Run window;

 

  • Type cmd and click the OK button;

 

  • Type the following commands and press Enter;

 

  • netsh winsock reset catalog

 

  • netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

 

  • netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

 

  • ipconfig / release

 

  • ipconfig / renew

 

  • ipconfig / flushdns

 

  • Restart the system.

 


Step 9 –  Disable TCP / IPV6:

 

  • Hold down the Win + R keys to open the Run window;
  • Type ncpa.cpl and click OK;
