The Vivo Y30G – a budget phone with a giant battery, a 13-megapixel dual camera and a large 6.5-inch display – has been officially unveiled.
Vivo last week unveiled the Vivo X60 series handsets for global markets. Vivo also unveiled the Vivo Y72 5G as the first 5G phone in the Y series. But one of the phones that was introduced in the news silence and we realized it too late is the Vivo Y30G. In this article, we will introduce you to this cheap Chinese phone.

The Vivo Y30G has dimensions of 164.41 by 76.32 by 8.41 mm and weighs 191.4 grams. There’s a 6.51-inch IPS LCD display on the front panel that offers HD + resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 20: 9 aspect ratio. At the heart of the beat is MediaTek’s Helio P65 chipset, which offers 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage along with a microSD card slot. In the software section, there is an OriginOS 1.0 user interface based on Android 11.
There’s a notch on the top of the screen that encloses an 8-megapixel selfie camera. On the back of the phone case is a 13-megapixel camera with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Under the case, there is a battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh, which is charged with a power of 18 watts. Other features of this budget phone include support for two SIM card slots, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microUSB port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, face recognition and a sensor Fingerprint pointed on the side frame.
Vivo plans to launch the handset in the global market for less than $ 230 in Obsidian Black, Dawn White and Aqua Blue.
