Description
Inertial Explorer maximizes the performance of GNSS/INS hardware by ensuring the application’s position acquisition, velocity and attitude accuracy. Tight integration of GNSS and IMU data yields accurate results even when using low-grade inertial sensors. Inertial Explorer can produce results suitable for on-demand applications such as mobile mapping, aerial mapping and hydrography. IMU data can be processed from fiber optics using a high-end fiber optic (FOG) or ring laser gyroscope (RLG) and from low-end sensor technology such as micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS).
This software has a workflow to match your business and expertise. A project wizard is available so that new GNSS / INS users can quickly produce. For more experienced users, there are many processing configuration options. Automatic detection of the processing environment (aircraft, ground vehicles, infantry and sea) allows GNSS + INS processing settings to be automatically used to simplify workflow and reduce the learning curve required to start producing quality results.
Features and features of Inertial Explorer software:
- Generate HTML QC reports
- Free and robust GNSS/INS processing
- Precise Point Positioning Processing (PPP)
- Includes a flexible ASCII export wizard
- Boresight module to solve angular compensation between IMU and camera frames
- Full support for dual frequency GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS
- Direct output to Google Earth, RIEGL POF/POQ, DXF and SBET formats
- Built-in processing profiles for air, ground, pedestrian, drone and marine projects
- Calculation of the distance between the IMU and the frame of the device for users who need the output of the attitude towards the frame of the device
- Adjustable support of L1 + L2 (including E5b, B2I) or L1 + L5 (including E5b, B2a) for different applications
- Attitude correction is automatically applied for the effect of vertical tilt using a geospatial model based on EGM2008.
