In the following, you will get to know the most common forms of business organizations. Examining sole proprietorships and the various forms of partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies, we will discuss how each type of business entity is formed and how it functions. Using this course, you can distinguish between the most important types of business organizations and understand which form is more suitable for achieving business goals. In the following, we will learn about the rules governing the relationship between the lender and the borrower. We will discuss the basics of bank financing and debt financing with special attention to loans secured by collateral involving personal property. We conclude this course with several lessons that explain the bankruptcy process, and how debtors and creditors navigate the three most common forms of bankruptcy.
