This program is fully compatible with Total Station devices and can use the data of these devices without any problems in the program.
Also, the maps produced are fully compatible with AutoCAD software and can be shared with both programs to work on a common project. This program is able to create interesting animations to display and represent important parts of the map. This issue is important to better display the highlights of the project, especially if you are going to explain the plans in the presence of other contractors and project engineers. Using this program, you can easily design all kinds of roads.
One of the key features of MicroSurvey CAD is its intelligence in recognizing items on the map. When you move your mouse over the drawn lines, it will automatically recognize it and display relevant information. This information can be changed at any stage of the project. These changes will affect all parts of the project automatically. Also, in the design of the traverses, the program is very accurate, many things such as the rail connection angle, the thickness of the support, the distance between the parts, etc. have been considered. In this software, it is not difficult to convert coordinate units from one system to other systems such as UTM, State Plane, MTM and others, just by selecting the desired coordinates, the results will be updated.
