Description
IntegriWISE is an estimation software for assessing the integrity of pipes, pipelines, storage tanks, steam boilers, pressure vessels and high temperature equipment and is the fastest and easiest tool to perform FFS assessment. The purpose of IntegriWISE software design is to help calculate and record FFS assessment for factories and industrial equipment. FFS evaluation is done to evaluate the structural integrity of a component and will be suitable for continued service under similar or changed conditions. FFS assessment is widely used as part of the plant management process to increase availability, reliability, productivity and safety. The FSS concept is widely accepted throughout the engineering community for integrity management.
Features and facilities of IntegriWISE:
- A wide range of evaluation modules for different damage mechanisms including metal loss, pitting corrosion, sheet, hydrogen damage
- A wide range of equipment and geometric components including cylindrical shells, circles, ovals, bent, elbows, reducers
- Calculation of critical operating conditions and safe continuation of loads to applicable international standards such as API 579-1/ ASME FFS-1 2007, ASME B31G etc.
- Evaluation management based on equipment with the possibility of multiple evaluations for each piece of equipment
- A material database from the following design codes is included in the software: ASME VIII, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, PD 5500, API 650, and API 620
- Evaluation reports based on API 579-1/ ASME FFS-1 2007 production
- Providing plant integrity management systems, by allowing engineers and managers to improve plant safety and availability, reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
